Residential Builders Lottery

The Residential Builders Lottery is intended for active residential builders who meet the eligibility requirements established by the Government of Yukon.

Interested applicants should review the Lottery Guidelines and complete the Application Form.

Completed applications, together with all required supporting documentation, must be submitted to office@yukoncontractors.ca for eligibility review by the Yukon Contractors Association.

Important Dates

• Stage 1 – YCA Eligibility Review

  • June 23 – July 10 (submit by 4:30 PM on July 10)

  Stage 2 – LMB Lottery Application

  • July 13 – July 24 (submit by 4:30 PM on July 24)
  • July 29 – Lottery Draw
  • July 30 – Results Announced
